SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Production

Nurse Jones products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent into production before it ships. 

Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, holidays, and other factors. Please note that production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination, and carrier.

Delivery dates provided at checkout or through tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is issued.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may contain products fulfilled by different production facilities. As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately and may have different tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at shopnursejones@gmail.com. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking shows an unusual delay, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shopnursejones@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.

For damaged items, please include clear photographs of the product and packaging when possible so we can review the issue.

International Orders

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary by destination. Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country, where applicable.
